- From Morales del Vino, Madrid is reached through Zamora towards Tordesillas and the A-6, or south on the A-66 to Salamanca to take the A-50 towards Ávila and the AP-6.
- Alfoz de Toro
- Toro lies on the way from Zamora to Tordesillas: from there the A-6 runs to Madrid, entering from the north-west, and for Barajas the route skirts the city on the M-40 or M-50.
- Benavente y Los Valles
- Benavente sits on the A-6, which runs straight down to Madrid via Tordesillas and across the Guadarrama range. For Barajas the route leaves the A-6 on reaching Madrid and joins the M-40 or M-50.
- Tierra de Campos zamorana
- Villalpando lies beside the A-6, so the way to Madrid is straight down that motorway via Tordesillas; for Barajas it joins the M-40 or M-50 at the end.
- Sanabria
- From Puebla de Sanabria the route is the A-52 to Benavente, then the A-6 to Madrid. Near Puebla there is also a station on the high-speed line to Galicia with trains to Madrid.
